Hog Dog Ministry
On the first Tuesday of each month, we celebrate birthdays at the Hot Dog Ministry. This past November 4th we held our most recent dinner. Each person is applauded, sung to and receives a cupcake; this is a new event where our guests are celebrated and acknowledged. Lee Cox gave a wonderful homily followed by grace. Our guests were then served fried chicken, green beans, potato salad, fruit, rolls, desserts and tea. Families with middle and high school aged children are encouraged to serve. To volunteer or get information please contact Pat Jennings at Bellinger.56@att.net.

DAZZ
Orangeburg, SC
Another example of your donated mission money hard at work is a recent grant of $4,660 given to DAZZ of Orangeburg, S.C. They are an extension of the Lowcountry Pregnancy Center based here in Charleston. This grant will go towards ultrasound supplies, ultrasound training for the nurses, Bibles and Christian literature that are given to the young mothers and parents who utilize DAZZ, as well as advertising costs, such as eye-catching bulletin boards in the Orangeburg area. Joy Yarborough of Lowcountry Pregnancy Center and DAZZ and the staff and volunteers send their heartfelt thanks to St. Michael’s Church for supporting their efforts.

Warriors for Education / Harvest School
Karachi, Pakistan
Mission partner Max Graham of Warriors for Education sends his gratitude to the people of St. Michael’s for the generous grant to his Christian elementary school in Karachi, Pakistan. It is with your donations and pledges to the GIC Mission Fund each year that enables your Mission Task Force and vestry to fulfill grant requests to help spread the light of Jesus Christ around the world. The sum of $5000 was given to enable 30 students to receive an ongoing Christian education. The funds are going towards food, books, school supplies, uniforms, shoes as well as classroom teaching aids. This grant fulfilled 41 percent of their annual budget of $12,000. Many thanks to the support of our St. Michael’s parishioners.

Please pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Nigeria.
Lord God, please stop the genocide against Christians in Nigeria and give them bold courage to reach the Muslims with the love of Jesus. Give those suffering your comfort and peace and provide for their needs. Bring salvation to the Duguri unreached people group in Nigeria. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

After months of preparation, we are absolutely thrilled to announce our current lineup for the 2026 Global Impact Celebration. In addition to our opening and closing weekend speakers, Carlos Campo and Dan Wolf, we are excited to welcome former NFL chaplain, Jack Easterby, as our banquet speaker and Grammy nominated singer-songwriter, Sandra McCracken, in concert! We will hear from our mission partners in the field with Marina Shtykh of the Ukraine and a tour of Water Missions in North Charleston. We are also offering the opportunity to go on mission here in town by participating in a Habitat for Humanity build and supporting the Lowcountry Pregnancy Center with a diaper drive. We will have our beloved flag processional and introduce some new traditions — we hope you all will mark your calendars and join us for a great week of events celebrating the church at work! Be sure to check the church website, as we are still adding and finalizing the schedule. Banquet registration, concert tickets and GIC t-shirt pre-orders are all live now! Click on the button below to go to the website.
If you have any questions/suggestions/ideas, please do not hesitate to reach out to 803-968-3360.
