NCA Supports Henderson Harbor Marina

If you find yourself in the Henderson area, be sure to experience the exciting changes at Carbone’s Waterside Marina.

The North Country Alliance Local Development Corporation recently closed a $150,000 loan for Carbone’s Harbor Realty, LLC, in partnership with Watertown Savings Bank, to facilitate the purchase of the Henchen Marina in Henderson. Under the name Carbone’s Waterside Marina, this gem will be owned and operated by Steve Carbone, along with business partners David and Alison LaSpada.

Nestled on Henderson Harbor, the marina spans features six covered boat slips, six cozy cabins, and a four-bedroom apartment above the retail space. The team plans to breathe new life into the marina by upgrading the fuel supply, refreshing the lodging, and sprucing up the retail area.
