Hello Osprey Students and Families,

It’s time to select 3rd quarter XBlock classes, which begin Wednesday, January 5 (the first Wednesday after Winter Break) and run for 9 classes, through March 2.

Please review the 3rd quarter XBlock class choices together at home to determine what works best for your family. Remember that off-campus XBlock classes do not return to AHS and students are released from the off-campus location. If cost of a class is a concern for your family, please reach out to christine.imming@animashighschool.com, as scholarships are available.

As a reminder, XBlock grades are based on attendance and participation; both unexcused and excused absences count against attendance and students must be present for at least 70% of the time to receive credit for the course.

View XBlock class options here.

Students will receive the XBlock sign up form Thursday and will have time in class to complete it in order to indicate their top 3 choices.
