Our students and staff have had so many fantastic moments and experiences during
Osprey Week and we are very grateful to be the kind of school that makes time for exploration, adventure and learning beyond our classroom walls. Thank you to all the parents who helped shuttle and chaperone! Check out photos on our Facebook page
here to see more smiles and scenery.
We hope that our families, students and staff all find time to rejuvenate over spring break. Classes resume on Tuesday, April 2, and the stretch between spring break and the end of the school year is chock full of many activities, including the PSAT and SAT, our
Senior ProjectTED Talks and Action Projects, All School Exhibition, Transitional Presentations of Learning and, of course, graduation for the AHS Class of 2019. It will go quickly and feel full! Please note that juniors will have off-campus privileges when we return from break, in preparation for the freedoms and responsibilities they'll encounter while on internship.
As we ready for the
SAT on April 9, we are reaching out to ask our families to donate scientific or graphing calculators for students to use while testing. We have nearly enough for all students, but could use a few more. Please review the calculator requirements for the tests
here. Those who have a calculator should bring it with them on the testing day and we'll gather donated calculators in the main office. To review testing information, please see the letter we sent to families
here. Thank you to all who have already signed up to bring healthy snacks! There are still a few more opportunities to contribute; sign up
We hope you all have a wonderful Spring Break--thanks for all you do to help the Ospreys soar!
