August 2020
Generations Gallery Public Opening
Wednesday, August 5
Noon-8:00 p.m.
After 16 months of top secret renovations, the new Generations Gallery is ready for exploration! Bridging communities and connecting generations has long been our core mission, and now we have our dream space for our members and patrons to do just that. Featuring never before seen artifacts from our million-(plus!) piece collection as well as timeless favorites, the new space truly has something for everyone who wants to grow, learn, and better understand their world.

In an effort to protect our guests, staff, and volunteers during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limiting the number of guests allowed in the Museum at a time. Online ticketing is available to reserve your half-hour block, allowing contact free payment and preventing large numbers of guests in galleries.

Our housekeeping and guest services staff have procedures in place to keep public areas clean and disinfected before, during, and after your visit. We will be wearing masks to protect our guests, staff, and volunteers, and ask that all guests do the same. Visit our website to purchase tickets !
