Not only is admission FREE all day, so is the takeaway craft we will be offering from 10:00 am to noon, then 1:30 on while supplies last. 

Other Special Events:

• Green Bay Art Colony 111th: Drop-in Program: Drop-in anytime between 9am - 6pm to meet artists from the Green Bay Art Colony! They will be available to chat, talk about their works, and will be doing different types of art demonstrations.
• Astronomical Society Meeting at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are free and open to the public and include society business, an astronomy-related presentation, and an overview of a Deep Sky Object of the Month.
• International Film Series is always free and starts at 7:00 p.m. February's Film is "Perfect Days" by Wim Wenders, Germany 2023.

SPARK! is a creative engagement program for people with early to mid-stage memory loss and their care partners.

FREE – Registration required – Space is limited.

Discover the magic of music in this sensory and creative program where participants explore unique instruments, sounds, and rhythms. We’ll dive into the beauty of sound by listening to instruments and iconic music like In the Hall of the Mountain King. Finally, we will create personal “listening maps” that capture the emotions and movement of the music, making for a memorable and expressive experience!

Curiosity Unveiled is an hour-long guided program that dives deeper into museum exhibits and collections. Programs include guided tours, presentations, demonstrations, or panels on science, history, and art!

Program included with the price of admission. Friends of the Neville get in FREE!

In September 1915, the Green Bay Art Club held its first public art exhibit in the children’s room of the Kellogg Public Library (125 S. Jefferson St.). This exhibit laid the foundation for a permanent museum in the library in 1917, which became the Neville Public Museum. Ever since then, Colony artists have held an annual art exhibit at the Neville Public Museum.

The Green Bay Art Colony is a growing and thriving group of female artists. For more than a century, hundreds of women have been part of the Green Bay Art Colony where they continue to inspire each other, educate the public, encourage new artists, and give scholarships to art students. Styles, the name, and club rules may have changed over time, but the dream to keep art and culture part of the community remains the same. Experience the 110th Green Bay Art Colony Juried Exhibition that showcases the talents of this dynamic group of women artist and makers. 

Experience the many creative works of art by students in grades K through 12 from 34 schools in Northeast Wisconsin. This multi-media exhibit, sponsored by the Wisconsin Art Education Association, highlighted Youth Art Month, a national celebration sponsored by The Council for Art Education. The annual celebration emphasized the value of art education for all children and encourages support for quality art programs in Wisconsin schools. Selected works from this exhibit will move onto the state exhibit in Madison.

The 80th Art Annual exhibit is an all-media, juried exhibition of current artworks produced by artists living in the counties of Northeastern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.  

This juried art exhibition began in 1942 during the height of World War II. For over three-quarters of a century, many of this region’s most celebrated and talented artists have exhibited their work as part of this Green Bay tradition. 

We are looking for fresh faces to volunteer in our Gift Shop!

Applicants must be friendly, dependable, and 18 years of age or older.

We are happy to train if you are eager to learn!

Available shifts include the following:

• Tuesday 4:00-8:00 p.m.
• Thursday 1:00-5:00 p.m.
• First Wednesday of each month for Explorer Wednesdays from 4:00-8:00 p.m.

Ideal candidates can commit to at least one four-hour shift weekly.
