We are so excited to welcome everyone back! In an effort to protect our guests, staff, and volunteers during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limiting the number of guests allowed in the Museum at a time.
Online ticketing
is available to reserve your half-hour block, allowing contact free payment and preventing large numbers of guests in galleries.
Our housekeeping and guest services staff have procedures in place to keep public areas clean and disinfected before, during, and after your visit. We will be wearing masks to protect our guests, staff, and volunteers, and ask that all guests do the same.

Thank you to everyone who brought in their objects and stories surrounding their experience with
Black Lives Matter
. We had over 20 people bring in their items and photographs!
As a nationally accredited institution, the museum follows best practices put forth by the
American Alliance of Museums
. Based on this, these items will now go to our Collections Committee headed by our Director to determine what will be added to our permanent collection.
