Call for Nominations
Do you know someone who deserves to be recognized for their contributions to the nonprofit community? The Community Foundation will present two awards in 2015.
The Nonprofit Leadership Excellence Award honors the leadership and accomplishments of the CEO or Executive Director of a nonprofit organization. Details and the nomination form here.
The Minnie Rubek Staff Excellence Award recognizes a nonprofit staff member or team who has quietly gone "above and beyond" in their commitment and dedication to their organization and its mission. Details and nomination form here.
Nominations are due on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at 4:30 p.m.
Honorees will be recognized at the Celebration of Community on Tuesday, November 17, from 4-6 p.m. at Theatre Cedar Rapids.

Summer 2015 Training Day
The Capstone class of the Master's Program of Strategic Leadership at Mount Mercy University will present a morning of training for the community's nonprofit and small organizations on Thursday, August 13. AFP Accepting Nominations for National Philanthropy Day
AFP Eastern Iowa is accepting nominations of individuals, foundations, and corporations who best represent the spirit of philanthropy in our community. This year's recipients will be recognized at the National Philanthropy Day luncheon on November 12. Nominations are due August 21, 2015. More information here.
