Decker Announces Retirement - Dr. James L. (Jim) Decker has announced his intentions to retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer of MEDIC Regional Blood Center, effective April 30, 2023, coinciding with the end of MEDIC's current fiscal year. The University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services has established an office at the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce for its Procurement technical Assistance Center (PTAC). PTAC offers free counseling and training to future and existing government contractors.
