COLLABORATIONS CORNER
The Prince George Chamber of Commerce, the College of New Caledonia and the University of Northern British Columbia are pleased to highlight projects that connect campus to business like the CNC Piping Trades Program. Students were able to put their skills to work and lend a hand with a renovation project at the Prince George Humane Society.

A new shelter facility was a project the Prince George Humane Society had been working on for over a year and the plumbing was an integral part of making this dream a reality for the animals.
Angela McLaren, Manager of the Prince George Human Society believes they are one step closer to providing the animals with the best chance of success thanks to the work done by the CNC Piping Trades Program students.

Troy Werrell, Piping Trades Instructor, hopes CNC can do more projects in the community as the students thoroughly enjoyed this opportunity. CNC is proud to showcase the offered skills and training through student production and are excited these students gained hands-on, real world experience in the plumbing trade. This will give these foundation students an edge over other entry-level apprentices.
