March 2017
Behind the Scenes at Rye Y Camp
By Ashley Rosell, Assistant Director of Membership Services

You may see me at the front desk for most of the year, but during the summer you'll see me managing the camp office at the Osborn School, the site of several of our summer camps. With February's unseasonably warm temperatures sneaking up on us, camp has been on our minds more than ever. We've been pulling out all the stops to ensure that this summer is your camper's best summer ever by booking fun trips and offering more flexibility in camp registration than ever before. Did you know about our new registration options?   Read more
Construction has Started!
You may have noticed that in early February the Y broke ground on a universal locker room on the first floor. This new space will provide additional shower and changing options for families, adults and those with any special needs. The new locker room will feature four self-contained shower, toilet and changing spaces. We expect it to be available to members by the end of April.  Also in the works: renovation of our men's and women's locker rooms. This project is expected to start in mid-August and continue through mid-September. Watch for periodic updates as we move forward on a better Y...for a better you.
Session 4 Program Registration starts with Rollover Week: March 20-26
(Rollover is for members currently enrolled in a class who wish to continue.)
Member Registration starts March 29  and Non-Member Registration starts March 31. Please drop off your youth aquatics registration forms by March 28 for our lottery. You will be notified via email the status of registration on or before Friday, March 31st. Session 4 starts April 17.
