Brighten the Holidays for a Family in Need!
December 3-8
Bread of Life Food Pantry in Rye distributes hundreds of bags of groceries to families every week! This year, you can brighten their holidays by making homemade cards that will be placed in their grocery bags. We are also collecting $10 gift cards from CVS and Stop & Shop so every family can buy something special, or something they really need. Make your holiday card during Santa's visit on Friday, December 7 (see above) or bring a homemade card to the Member Services desk December 3-8.

A week of activities and fun for families! Fun includes Family Line Dancing, Family Kickboxing Workout, Family Yoga, Holiday Pool Games, New Year's Dance Party, Safety Around Water program and sampling of classes including Tennis, Lacrosse,  Kiddie Crafts,  Chess Club, Tots Gymnastics and much more.

Rye Y's Pre-School Enrichment Program - Ages 3-5
Registration has started for Session B:  January 28-June 14. Activities include: swimming, movement, music, enrichment, sports, art and cooking. Transportation is available to Christ's Church Nursery School (CCNS).  Stop by the Member Services desk to register. Safety Around Water: December 26-29
Ages 3-5: 11:00-11:30 or Ages 6-9: 11:30-12:00
This FREE 4-session course teaches children safety and basic skills that help reduce the risk of drowning and builds confidence around the water.

Membership Screening
The YMCA conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members and may screen other guests and visitors as well. If a sex offender match occurs, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access. In some instances we might need to collect additional information and our Membership Engagement Director, Barbara, will reach out to you.

PARKING
For everyone's safety we ask that you abide by the following: 
* Pedestrians have the right of way in our parking lot. 
* Please... do not speed through the parking lot or in the Mead Place neighborhood. 
* Handicapped parking spaces are only for those people w/ valid handicap stickers. The Rye Police Department will ticket violators 
* Rye Y parking spaces are only for use when you are using the Y. No long term or commuter parking allowed.
*For environmental, health and legal reasons, please do not idle your car in the parking lot or circle.
Our free, assisted parking is available for your convenience.  When our lot is busy,  we recommend you use one of the municipal lots. The lots are free on Sunday and after 6pm on weekdays and Saturday.    Click here to view a map of lot locations.
