Prior to starting a trip, indicate the number of persons in your vehicle by moving the switch on the FasTrak Flex to the appropriate setting (1, 2, 3+).

Drivers who use ExpressLanes FasTrak without a FastTRak transponder or regular account will receive a "Pay as You Go Notice of Toll Evasion Violation" in the mail. This allows for use of the lanes, but a higher toll payment will be required.
