Hope you enjoyed the holidays and are gearing up for a creative and productive 2020.
Here at WCA/NH we are planning a busy year, with 4 exhibitions scheduled!
We have many new volunteers this year, and we are so grateful for our members who generously contribute their time. We appreciate all of you, past and present. And as they say, "many hands make light work." But did you know that volunteering can increase your lifespan?
that volunteering can improve your health and lengthen your life!
And, we need one more volunteer to help us out. In order to continue meeting at the Concord Women's Club, we are required to provide a liaison to attend their monthly board meetings. They want us to add a little art to their activities, so your job would be to let us know what artful activity they would like us to provide for them. Their board meetings are the second Thursday of the month at 5:15 pm, 44 Pleasant St. in Concord. They are a wonderful group and contribute a great deal to the community.
Check out the WCC website
to see what they do.
if you are interested, or for more info. And just think... it could make you live longer!
Happy New Year!

Just heard about this exhibit--JMW Turner: Watercolors from the Tate. It is close enough to make it a day trip, I think.

Fabulous Fungi is real eye candy.
Part time lapse photography, part biology lesson and a bit infomercial, it is in theaters now and a must see on many levels. Many people tell me that they see it more than once!
