Slow Cooker Pork Chops~

6 thick boneless pork chops
1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce ( lite if you have it)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
Cook on Low setting for 6 hours, until internal temperature of pork has reached 145*
Don't have a crock pot? Put all ingredients in baking dish, add 1/2 cup of water ,cover with 3 layers of foil, seal tightly around edges, bake at 250 until chops reache 140* about 3 hours.
Serve these savory chops over a bed of Basmati rice, use the boil in bag kind.
