Late last spring the Board created three Task Forces to address pressing issues.
Facilities: Integrate facilities maintenance and Master Plan issues into a cogent two-year strategy (Pulling It Together) and manage that strategy; closely collaborate with the Buildings & Grounds Committee on project design and implementation; represent B&G interests before the Board.

Building Community in a Pandemic: Identify, schedule and promote events and activities to engage members during the pandemic. Sabine Von Aulock (lead)
Volunteers needed: We'd like to broaden this effort beyond the pandemic and, working with the Membership & Caring Committees, develop programming to support membership engagement and community outreach. Contact Sabine to get involved.
Capital Fund Raising: Appeal for donations to fund the kitchen rehab project; assess donor capacity/feasibility; closely collaborate with the Giving Team; assess other funding sources and make funding recommendation to the Board.
