Earn your Construction Industry Professional (CIP) Designation Today!
What is a Construction Industry Professional (CIP)?

The  Construction Industry Professional (CIP) designation was created to raise the bar of professionalism among our members. Open to
both the builder and associate member, ear ning the designation means your business is committed to: providing the highest levels of quality construction; staying abreast of the latest in new home construction by attending educational programs throughout the year; for providing excellent customer service and for adhering to a strict code of ethics within your everyday practice.

How do I Become a Construction Industry Professional (CIP)?
The Tallahassee Builders Association's Construction Industry Professional (CIP) designation is earned by members who have demonstrated high levels of education, experience, and customer service... qualities that are important to consumers in selecting individuals to meet their home building, remodeling, or product/service needs. After earning the designation, CIPs are required to meet annual continuing education requirements to assure that they are abreast of building code changes, industry trends, and consumers' preferences. CIPs have gone "the extra mile" to demonstrate their professionalism and high standards of performance.
