Builders Testimonials
"As a small to mid-size builder in a rura l market, we were   n't sure this would provide value for us. Our first quarterly rebate covered both our annual dues to our local home builders association and the staff time to complete the simple rebate request form. Three quarters of bonus rebates! Definitely a benefit worthy of membership! Gregg Moneyhun, Shelter Alternatives, Inc. (VA)

"The HBAV Rebate Program offers a great incentive for home builders in Virginia. We were very excited to receive over $2,300 dollars in rebates. There are a variety of companies and quality products involved with the program, with more being added.
every quarter. The submittal process is easy and painless, with minimal forms required. We look forward to receiving more rebates in the future." Caskey Hunt, Southern Development Homes (VA) "

Learn how fall prevention can be utilized on your job-sites.  The session will review requirements for fall protection, discuss options that are available, and review safe use of ladders, to support the National Safety Stand-down to prevent falls in construction.

"BAM! Value Added."

The value of a good defense cannot be overstated. From a government affairs perspective, the value of stopping a bad bill now is greater than the costs related to repealing a bad law later - both in terms of cost to your business and the expenditure of our industry's political capital. The value of a good offense is equally important. Bringing new ideas to the legislature, instead of always saying no, solidifies our industry's place at the table. These two approaches complement each other, and are essential to a successful advocacy strategy. As your lobbyists at the State Capitol, we're proud to stop bad legislation that would cost BAM members, and pass legislation to strengthen your business and the housing industry in our state.
