Builders Testimonials
"As a small to mid-size builder in a rura l market, we were   n't sure this would provide value for us. Our first quarterly rebate covered both our annual dues to our local home builders association and the staff time to complete the simple rebate request form. Three quarters of bonus rebates! Definitely a benefit worthy of membership! Gregg Moneyhun, Shelter Alternatives, Inc. (VA)

"The HBAV Rebate Program offers a great incentive for home builders in Virginia. We were very excited to receive over $2,300 dollars in rebates. There are a variety of companies and quality products involved with the program, with more being added.
every quarter. The submittal process is easy and painless, with minimal forms required. We look forward to receiving more rebates in the future." Caskey Hunt, Southern Development Homes (VA) "

Are you looking for better, more cost effective products to use in your homes? Tstuds are state of the art alternatives to studs, headers and plates in wall construction. Imagine a thermally broken wall, R18+ for all wall components. Total wall R-values go way up,are stronger and for little added cost. Add Blow-In-Blanket System dense packed fiberglass for R-23, put Wasco R-5 or R-7 windows in those holes in the wall. Put all of that on top of EPS or GPS rigid insulation under the slab which saves you money and out performs XPS, and you are building a much stronger, energy efficient home for little more money, or in the case of the foam, less money. New products, or better products are being found all the time on the market and we will continue to find them and bring them to our market.

February 2018

Dear Potential Donor:
The House of Hearts Charity Bonspiel benefits Project Joy, a partner of Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank's BackPack Program. Each school week, the program feeds about 1000 hungry kids in northeastern Minnesota who don't have enough food at home over the weekend. Our event in 2017 donated $50,000 to Project Joy. It was a huge success.
