Christ Church Episcopal
a worshipping community that serves
With the increase in Coronovirus cases, some ministries are adjusting if and how they gather. Look for messages from your ministry leaders about youth group, adult choir, Bible studies, etc. and please reach out to staff if you have any questions.

Please make plans to attend the Annual Meeting on Feb. 13 at 10 AM
We will gather as a church on Sunday, February 13 for our annual meeting, during which we will review our 2021 finances, elect new persons to serve on the Vestry, take a look at the 2022 budget, and hear any questions you may have. We plan to meet in person and a quorum is needed, so we really hope you can attend. We're closely monitoring community safety and will decide in early February if any changes need to be made. Mark your calendar and make plans to join us as we look toward a bright future!
What is the deep cry of your heart? The ache in your soul that keeps you up at night? New Women's Bible Study seeks to help process this and more
The Wednesday Women's Bible Study group meets each season to dive into the Bible with engaging study materials from today's leading writers. They also pray, laugh, and cry together, providing support in this thing called life.

All women are invited to gather with this group as they begin a new study, "Finding I Am" by Lysa TerKeurst. The study includes a video component that will be watched together and a book of 6 short chapters for homework. Click below to purchase your book.

The group plans to begin Wednesday, February 9, 9:30-11:30 AM in the Garage Building, masked and socially-distanced, (God-willing and the positivity rates don’t rise!) Contact lay leaders Kay Holmes or Dianna Barron for more information. Their contact information is listed in our database, Realm. If you need help accessing Realm, please contact Laura McNally.
Men's Fellowship and Discussion
It's a new year and we're still here and determined! God is with us! The Men's Ministry invites you to gather at Aw Shuck's Country Store on Saturday, January 15 at 8 AM. Rev. Shirley wants to make sure we continue the strong tradition that Dave Wasik and others have helped us sustain. She'll bring a short (very!) message for the new year and lead a discussion about continuing the fellowship and service this group is known for -- as well as an opportunity to collaborate with men in other ministries, like scouting and children's worship. If you're carefully guarding your health and wish to join by Zoom, please contact Michael Compton.
For those of you who have not yet submitted your estimated giving, we encourage you to act now! Your estimates help us set our budget and plan ministries for 2022. Thank you!
