Why work with an agent rather than online?
This question is asked of us over and over. I believe 2 scenarios may be the best to put forth.
1) client has purse stolen (passport/wallet) she is in Europe with no funds - contacts us and situation is assessed.
- agent makes arrangements to get her to Embassy, prepays her hotel/train . She returns and tells us how grateful it was of having someone to help her out in a foreign city and gladly reimburses us for arrangements.
2) 24 hours to departure, all flights are cancelled into connecting city. Phone lines to airlines were back up over 2 hours. 1 call to us and they were re-routed through a different gateway and on their way to their dream vacation. A big diversion for a long awaited holiday
I think this speaks volumes. These are just a few samples, but it's time we stand up and shout it out why YOU should work with us for your next vacation :)
