Town of Sunnyvale - Holiday Schedule

The Town of Sunnyvale offices and the Doris Padgett Public Library will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 1, for New Year's Day.

Recycling and trash/bulky waste pick-up will continue on normal schedules on Thursday and Friday of that week. For more information on these services, visit the Solid Waste page on the Town website.

Start the New Year with a New Family Member!

Our shelter pets have only one wish for the new year... a forever home!

All pets adopted from the Town of Sunnyvale will be vaccinated, de-wormed, spayed or neutered and microchipped. If not been done, the adopter will receive a voucher to have them done. All fees are waived to adopt any of our pets.

Apply for Sunnyvale PD's Citizens Academy

The Sunnyvale Police Department invites Sunnyvale residents to apply for Citizens Police Academy, a 10-week hands-on learning opportunity.

Each week will cover various aspects of police work within the Town of Sunnyvale.

The class will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Thursdays from Feb. 12 through April 24 at the Sunnyvale Police Department, 364 Long Creek Road.
