Everything you need to know for 4th of July in Round Rock
The Sertoma July 4th Parade gets bigger and better each year! Come see giant helium inflatables, marching bands and floats fill South Mays Street in Downtown Round Rock. This year's parade has an earlier start time of 9 a.m. to beat the heat! After the parade, be sure to join us for a fun-filled afternoon of Frontier Days at Old Settlers Park. Check out more info below!
Downtown Parade Schedule
Thursday, July 4:



9:00 a.m. Parade begins at Mays Crossing and travels down South Mays Street

11:00 a.m. Parade ends at Sunset Drive (time is approximate)
Parade Map and Parking
The 1.5-mile route runs north along Mays Street, between Mays Crossing and U.S. 79. Mays Street will remain closed before and after the parade.

Parking will be available in public garages and on streets. Visitors entering from west of Mays Street should enter downtown from Round Rock Avenue or McNeil Road. Visitors entering from east of Mays Street are encouraged to use Georgetown Street or South Burnet Street. 
July Fourth Frontier Days Celebration
Fireworks, carnival rides, jalapeño pepper eating contest, Swifty Swine Pig Races, children’s games, Sam Bass Shootout, Movies in the Park are all part of the City of Round Rock’s July Fourth Frontier Days Celebration at Old Settlers Park,  3300 E. Palm Valley Blvd


Stop the pop: Fireworks banned in Round Rock
Letting freedom ring doesn’t mean compromising the safety of yourself or others. Residents are reminded this Independence Day. The City of Round Rock explicitly prohibits the possession and use of sparklers, skyrockets and firecrackers. Learn more
Water Quality Report now available online
