What an awesome Halloween Carnival last weekend! Thank you so much to all the volunteers who made it happen, but especially Alex O. and Jennifer D. for their fantastic work as co-chairs of this most famous fall tradition! Our 8th grade families (plus some recent alumni help) and all the Trunk-or-Treaters really added to the event with tasty food and great ambience! Thank you all for your great participation!

Our student-led Fall Conferences are finished this week. Please contact your classroom teacher if for some reason you weren't able to meet as this is a vital time for our family connections to the wonderful learnings happening here at OLG. Thank you teachers and staff for all your preparation and time and energy!

The Fulcrum Tuition Assistance Grant program is designed for families and students currently enrolled or applying for the next school year in any Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Seattle. At OLG, we partner with Fulcrum to provide over $100,000 in tuition assistance each year to our school families. Families must apply each year through the FACTS Grant and Aid portal to qualify for a grant—all awards are made based on financial need.

The CYO 4-8^th Basketball program start date has been pushed back to January. 

Rocket League is back (deadline extended) - Season to start in November!

CYO will be registering teams of 3 players from our parish/school to compete against other local Catholic parishes and schools in a private CYO season of Rocket League (4th-8th grade). Visit our website registration portal to sign up your child! If your child has 2 friends they want to be a team with, indicate in the registration who you request your teammates to be. Each team will need to have one parent point of contact take the lead as “Coach” and help facilitate a mutually agreeable time to play with the opponent, so in your registration please also indicate if you are willing to be the team “Coach”. Volunteers are needed to assist with laundering the linens we use for masses. You sign up to clean the laundry twice for a month or two during the year, and it is done in your own home on your own schedule. This is a great way to also earn school volunteer hours. Contact Helen Oesterle
