Principal's Letter
Dear OLG Families,

Thank you to Chief Warrant Officer Terry and the 4th Grade class for the excellent Veterans' Day assembly we had Wednesday morning! We all learned a bit more about our all those who serve our country. Thank you Veterans!

Thank you also to all our teachers and staff today for being here at OLG serving our students and families. A reminder of two big steps that help all of us at school keep things moving smoothly:
  • TRAVELING out-of-state at upcoming holidays? Please do this quick survey to help our teachers plan for any extended absence needs for unvaccinated students (remember, for kids to be "fully vaccinated" requires 2 weeks after 2nd Pfizer shot + verify vaccination status with the school office) This means for 5 -11 year old students reaching fully vaccinated status is virtually impossible for the Thanksgiving Holiday, but almost all will have time to be fully vaccinated for Christmas Break!
  • Our combined Catholic School Nov 17th Vaccine Clinic for OLG 5-11 year olds signups continues to have openings... all health-related absences are fully excused and we look forward to more vaccine verifications coming in to the school office as you complete your shots.

And to keep us growing together, remember this Sunday (9:30am) is our Fall Kindergarten Open House (refer your friends!)
Yours in Christ,

Anton Kramer
