Principal's Letter
Dear OLG Families,

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Can you guess what is happening this weekend? YES! Trivia Night! Games for the whole family in the school hall this Saturday. Join the fun and read on more below.

We also like to celebrate the excellent spirit in action here at OLG, so tomorrow don't forget to wear your OLG spirit gear, or for our Seahawk fans, Blue Friday! Of course, our uniforms already have blue, so you're always in the right spirit!

As we restart school this week, I wanted to also make a couple comments about safety on our campus. We've noticed some forgetfullness in our carpool lines these first few days of January, so please remember:
  1. Right-turns only exiting out of the south lot (especially at morning drop-off).
  2. Form two lanes down the ramp in the north lot (after-school carpool pickup).
Both of these simple steps really helps keep us from backing-up and impeding traffic on 35th. Thanks for your attention to this matter!

And in one final matter of safety in parking lots, we are excited to announce that we will be moving forward with the Safe Parking program! Thank you to all who attended our Community Meeting last month and to those who gave their input. There is a bit more info and the link to the FAQs of the program down in the parish section at the bottom of this weeks' newsletter!
Yours in Christ,

Anton Kramer
