The chicks start to hatch
An eggs-cellent start to Spring!
8 chicks have hatched as of today!
Principal's Letter
Dear OLG Families,

Our most interactive auction class project to-date is coming to fruition... the chicks are hatching! We are certainly Growing in the Light of Christ in the third-grade class!

TONIGHT, March 21st (6:30pm) is the final Vision 2025 opportunity to share your thoughts in-person and input into our long-term strategic plan. Come join fellow parents and school commission members to help us grow into the future! Door prizes, and treats too!

TOMORROW, a simple Lenten Dinner is available, and report cards are coming home with your students, plus any registration packets that were not picked-up at the office should be arriving by mail. Speaking of registration, don't forget these 3 items:
  1. online registration completed (link here),
  2. turned-in your signed student profile/authorization,
  3. and either paid by check or acknowledged FACTS for your registration fees.
All complete by next week (Mar 27th) and you'll see that on-time $50 family re-registration credit appear in FACTS!

In preparation for our new priest, the new form in your registration packet ( Confirmation of Parishioner Status for In-Parish Tuition Rate) establishes a system to keep our Parish/School records up-to-date.  To qualify for the in-parish rate, simply bring the completed form to the Parish Office (Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30). The parish office will clarify your parishioner status. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact me as we can help you register with the parish as well!

NEXT WEEK, our Homeless/Homebound Kit collection begins in preparation for the Day of Service (Apr 6th). There are over 200 folks signed-up for Day of Service, beating last years record numbers!!!
Yours in Christ,

Anton Kramer

OLG School Homeless, Homebound and Refugee Care Kit Drive
Mar 25th to Apr 5th

It is time again for our Lenten Drive supporting our neighbors in need! A flyer (digital and print) will be sent out to you tomorrow. This year, introducing the drive is one of our 8th graders, JoJo Southwell! Please read the message below from JoJo:

“Our homeless, homebound and refugee neighbors need our help. They are the people that are struggling with barely enough resources to get by. We can’t sit by just watching so many people get into poverty. As part of my 8th grade Juan Diego project, I am helping our community help our neighbors, and you can help too! By collecting and donating items ranging from small travel-sized toiletries to socks and underwear, and even basic “starter items” our refugee neighbors, YOU can make a difference! These items will be used to make care kits for our Seattle community neighbors during Day of Service on April 6th. Thank you for donating! You make a difference!”
Spring After School Classes start in 11 days!
