Principal's Letter
Dear OLG Families,

This week has had quite a lot in the news cycles, with updated state travel guidelines earlier this week and yesterday afternoon's change to school distancing recommendations. Yesterday Gvnr. Inslee did announce our state following the CDC allowances of 3 foot distancing for in-person learning, but we can continue with our current 6 foot seating due to our enrollment, large classrooms, and ability to spread across campus. While we don't foresee dramatic changes to our operations at this time, we are pleased to have information now that can help inform our enrollment and plans for next year.

This week we also held a full school emergency drill (our first with all K-8 students on campus this year). This reminded us that we are missing a number of earthquake kits. If you haven't done so already, please remember to bring in your student's earthquake kit by Friday, 4/2 (before Spring Break). We never know what our world will bring to our door, but we know to be prepared. We pray with the Boulder, CO community this week while we also review and update our own preparedness for whatever the world may bring.

Speaking of bringing to your door, all K-8 student's Trimester 2 Report Card will be electronically delivered to your inbox later today. Some teachers have also sent home extra reports and information so keep an eye out for those communications from your child's teacher.

As our school and parish community moves ahead into Holy Week and preparing for Easter, please consider helping our Student Council's Homeless/Homebound Drive, and take a look below for more calendar items of special importance! Feel free to call the school office or join my M/W/F 2pm zoom office hour if you have questions or concerns on this.
Yours in Christ,

Anton Kramer

An invoice for registration fees will be set up in FACTS for families who have re-enrolled. Please make sure the invoice is paid by the due date April 20th. If your FACTS account is set up on AutoPay, no action is required, funds will be withdrawn on April 20th. If your FACTS account is NOT set up on AutoPay, you need to log in or call FACTS to make a payment before the due date.

If you have not registered, please let us know your intention as we will start admitting new families off of our waitlists. To register, find an email from [email protected] on March 10/11 for instructions. If you intend in-parish tuition (K-8), make sure you submit your request to the Parish office. Questions? Contact Laura Wong or Shelley Bradley.
If you haven't yet, provide a comfort kit in a one gallon ziplock bag for each student - see pic. Some of the items can be re-used each year; some will need to be replenished. Please include the checklist on the 2nd page of the information sheet in each child's kit. Here is visual of what the finished product looks like so we can assure you it will all fit in a one gallon ziplock bag! Your child should bring the kit to their classroom.
