Catholic Relief Services Rice Bowl Meatless Meal Kits and Presentation
With our Fish Fry and Rice Bowl Simple Suppers on hold this year, we need to find creative ways to gather! We invite all to order a meatless meal kit to cook at home on Friday, Mar 19 and to join us online at 6pm for a shared dinner and presentation by Cecilia Suarez, head of CRS’s Mexico Office. The kits (similar to Blue Apron or Hello Fresh) will include the ingredients to make the Timor-Leste Rice Bowl recipe and will be available for pickup at OLG on Sunday, Mar 14 from 1-3pm for a suggested donation of $20. Learn more about Catholic Relief Services. To order a kit and/or RSVP for the presentation, contact Jennifer by Monday, Mar 7 and Monday, Mar 14, respectively.

The day will include Mass with Archbishop Etienne, a keynote with Governor Inslee, briefings on issues, legislative Zoom meetings by District, and a social media campaign. Participate in all or some of the day’s activities as your schedule allows. Register by March 9 at ipjc.org/cad if you want to be part of legislator meetings.
