Principal's Letter
Dear OLG Families,

It's Math Night tonight in the school hall! You'll see lots of games and learn about how students a growing in their problem solving skills. We have a wonderful partnership with Meeples Games and they are offering 20% back to OLG for any purchases in the next month. Drop your reciepts off at the school office (just like Thriftway) and we'll take care of the rest! Thank you Mrs. Booth for your wonderful volunteer leadership of this event, and Ms. Savio & Mrs. Lawler for heading up this great event!

I'll keep things short after such an exhausting week of Sounders and Seahawks action + Veterans Day. This weekend is so nice and relaxing with a simple dinner to attend and even lunch the next day. Read on for more!
Yours in Christ,

Anton Kramer

Why we Sought Asylum in the United States
OLG Immigrant Ministry invites you to meet two families seeking asylum in Seattle and the family sponsoring them on Sunday, November 17 after the 11am Mass in the Walmesley Center (food provided…children welcome)! Both families were separated from their children at the border; the adults deported while the children remained here in detention centers. Meet some of the people behind the stories, hear about their realities, and find out how to get involved.
