Dear OLG Families,
Next week is All Hallowed Eve and All Saints Day... which means
this Saturday is our
Halloween Carnival! Invite your neighbors and friends to join us all in this great event... I'll be in the Dunk Tank and I'm so thrilled the weather looks so good! This is our biggest event of the fall and I look forward to seeing all the goblins and ghouls, princesses and unicorns, and more enjoying all that our fabulous volunteers have put together. A big thank you to Hillary & Shauna for the amazing leadership they provide for this event, and all the many volunteers that help make this such a success! If you arrive before 5:15pm, please remember to leave space in the south parking lot for all those attending Saturday Night Mass! See more details and agenda of some of the events below!
Our parish continues the annual stewardship campaign this week. Please pray together as a family, and in Mass over the next few weeks to complete your annual sacrificial giving card as a member of the OLG Parish, or if you misplaced that little pledge card, simply go here on the parish website:

It's Finally Here!
The annual OLG Halloween Carnival is on Saturday night from 4-7 pm at the school, and we'd like to extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you. Our weekend weather forecast is looking good this year!
A few features on tap:
- Calling dancers big and small: DJ Noe will be spinning a mix of festive tunes in the school hall all night long! Smoke machine, synchronized lighting...need we say more?
- The third-annual Trunk-or-Treat will open to trick-or-treaters at 4 p.m. Decorate a treat bag in the Art Corner, marvel at the fun, festively decorated rides, and pick up some candy to snack on or take home!
- You'll find your favorite Carnival games in the gym, along with the Cake Walk! Every bracelet and ticket pack comes with a punch card. Get 10 game punches and earn free dress on Monday, Oct 29!
- Get your face painted by a professional airbrush artist, then pose for pictures in front of our NEW SnapBar! Could be your family's Christmas Card photo this year!
- Lots of DELICIOUS, hearty food and snacks will be available for CASH purchase from our two spooky cafes, located in the gym and school hall (gluten-free options available)! Support our eighth graders and plan on having dinner at the Carnival!
- Dunk Tank: No wristbands – tickets only! Mr. Kramer goes in at 6:30...:)
- Don't forget to enter your grade's Costume Contest! In the gym at these times:
- PS-PK, 4:30 p.m.
- K-2nd, 5:00 p.m.
- 3rd-5th, 5:30 p.m.
- 6th-8th, 6:00 p.m.
- A reminder that wristbands cover all attractions (including ONE trip to the Airbrush Artist, Cake Walk, and Petting Zoo) EXCEPT the Dunk Tank! For non-wristband holders, most attractions require 2-4 tickets.
Forgot to pre-order your wristband/tickets? No worries. Bracelets will be sold on-site for $20 ($18 for 2+), and tickets are still 2/$1 (12/$5).
Thank you for your Halloween Gram/pre-order support of our Carnival! We can't wait to celebrate the season with you!
