2018 Mid Continent AADE Symposium & Exhibition

*After online advance registration closes, all walk up attendees will be charged $200 per person. 

Registration for the 2018 AADE Mid-Continent Symposium on February 21st at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel is open. Confirmed Speakers include Cimarex Energy, Continental Resources, Corterra Energy, FourPoint Energy, Guidon Energy, OIPA and WPX Energy. 

Advanced registration is highly encouraged for $150 per person before February 13th. After the online registration closes, all walk up attendees will be charged $200 per person.

Sporting Clay Tournament
18th Annual Mid Continent AADE Sporting Clays Tournament
Date: Friday, Mar 23, 2018
Time: 9am or 1pm flight
Cost: $750/team of 4
Location:    Quail Ridge Sporting Clays

Registration deadline is Friday, Mar 16, 2018 for the 18th Annual AADE Mid-Continent Sporting Clay Tournament.

  • 4 Man teams
  • Tournament will be a 100 round main event. Participants are responsible for their own shells. 
  • Tournament is limited to the first 30 teams in the morning and 30 teams in the afternoon. 
  • Lunch and door prizes will be held after the morning round. 
  • One member of each team will win a gift card to Bass Pro Shops.

A Class - $750.00 
Includes (1) 4 Man Team**

AA Class - $1000
Includes (1) 4 Man Team, (1) Cart and (1) Station Sponsorship

Master Class - $1,750
Includes (2) 4 Man Teams, (2) Carts, (1) Station Sponsorship and (2) Mulligan Stations (One per team)

Mulligans Station - $20 per Team (5 Targets)

Station Sponsorship - $250
The station sponsor signs will be provided by the tournament and are not only a way to be recognized as a sponsor of the event, but also a great way for your business to advertise. 

**Carts are not included in the A Class Registration. Carts can be reserved for $50 per cart for the first 30 teams. Carts can not be guaranteed with late registration. 

  • Tournament will be a 100 round main event. Participants are responsible for their own shells.
  • Lewis Class Scoring
  • Shells should be 7 1/2, 8 or 9 shot size. 
  • Lunch and prizes will be at conclusion of morning shooting event.

Boats may be used that are 12 feet or longer. Contestants may not change boats during tournament hours.

A team is not permitted to approach nearer than 50 yards to any other boat which is tied or anchored unless permission has been granted.

A liability release will be signed at registration.
