The Search Continues
The Executive Board has been working tirelessly to fill a vacancy in the post of President in coming months.
The committee got the word out through local, state and national job posting sites and received three applications for the position. Steve Freeman has served as Acting President since last summer, but he plans to retire soon.
Two of the three candidates were interviewed. Further news is expected. Stay tuned!

-- the Chamber Dinner
| | | |
Details are still being set, but the Chamber Dinner (aka Banquet) is targeting Tuesday, June 23, as the date for the big fundraising event this year. That's when Chamber member businesses and organizations will gather at Bosa Community Center to celebrate the past year and look forward to the future.
The possible theme for the evening is "Hometown Pride." Many of the popular details will remain the same. A delicious meal will be catered. Complimentary drinks will be served. The evening will also include the Dessert Dash, a silent auction, a special speaker, and the awarding of the coveted citizen awards.
Tickets go on sale May 1. Single tickets are $45 each. A table of 8 goes for $500. Other sponsorships (ranging from $200 to $1,500) are available and come with various branding rights with logos for the sponsors.
Committee members planning the event include Allie Crow, Physical Therapy Central; Joe Don Looney, EZ Green; Katie Johnson, Grant & Katie Johnson CPA; Todd Thomsen, OG&E; Amy Brown, Sooner Home Furnishings; and Becky Ledbetter, Pauls Valley National Bank.

Calling for Catering Bids | | |
The Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce is seeking bids from catering services and restaurants to cater our annual banquet—an evening celebrating “Hometown Pride.” The event will serve dinner to around 150 guests on Tuesday, June 23, from 6–8 p.m. at the Bosa Community Center.
We encourage interested restaurant owners and caterers to submit a short proposal outlining pricing, menu ideas, how food will be served, suggested plates and utensils, staffing for the evening, and non‑alcoholic drink options. The selected caterer will be chosen based on value, creativity, service plan, and proven quality.
Please submit bids by 2 p.m. Friday, May 1, to info@paulsvalleychamber.com or mail them to PV Chamber, PO Box 638, Pauls Valley, OK 73075.
