Introducing Insights from the ACCESS Initiative
APHSA, in partnership with NASWA, has published its Early Insights from the Aligned Customer-Centered Ecosystem of Supports & Services (ACCESS) Initiative. ACCESS aims to create a roadmap for aligning modernization efforts across health, human services and labor agencies that promote customer-centered improvements to program design and delivery.
