Income Taxes

Employees in self-direction might be exempt from (do not have to pay) certain income taxes if they live full-time with you, their employer.

Did your employee's living situation change? Maybe they moved in with you or moved out? If so, they need to send new tax forms to SDSEmployeeUpdates@fello.org.

Vendor and Mileage Submission Reminder

When you submit vendor or mileage payment requests, please use these email subject lines. This helps us handle your request faster.

For vendor payments, the email subject should be:

Participant First and Last Name / Vendor or Payee Name / Month of Service and Year

Example: Bruce Wayne / ABC Vendor / June 2025

For mileage payments, the email subject should be:

Participant First and Last Name / Employee Name / Month of Service and Year

Example: Lois Lane / Clark Kent / July 2025

We handle all requests in the order we get them. You don't have to use these subject lines, but they help us a lot.
