REMINDERS

Thursday, Aug. 31st - Final Day to Order SPIRITWEAR

Friday, Sept. 1st - Noon Dismissal

Monday, Sept. 4th - Labor Day - NO SCHOOL

One of the tasks that our staff will be taking on this year is ensuring that our handbook is updated and is consistent with what we publish on our website. As we have the first "spirit day" tomorrow, we wanted to communicate the guidelines for the students.  On spirit days, students may wear spirit wear tops along with uniform bottoms.  This is a change from last year and we have adjusted the information on the website. Please see the attached 'Dress Code' flyer and refer any questions you may have to Mr. Multhauf: multhaufc@stjosephschooltosa.com

Hello St. Joseph Families,

This fall, I will be offering a Guitar and Ukulele Club from 3:15-4:00 pm on Wednesdays. The club will start on September 13th and meet weekly through December 6th. During the meeting time, students will receive both group and individual instruction on their instrument. Space is limited to 15 students in 2nd-8th grades.

The cost for Guitar and Ukulele Club is $50. There is no cost for those enrolled in the School Choice program or who are in financial need.

Students interested in learning the guitar need to provide their own instrument. School ukuleles are available for students to use during the club meeting time, but students would need their own ukulele if they would like to practice at home.

If you are interested in joining the Guitar and Ukulele Club or have questions, please email me at webberc@stjosephschooltosa.com by Friday, September 8th.

Have a blessed school year!

-Ms. Caila Webber
