It means doing something for someone else without expecting any reward or gain.
From Head of School, Lacey Scadden
Welcome back Wolf Pack! I hope that everyone had a great holiday season! The staff has come back feeling rested, refreshed and ready for an awesome spring semester. Our first couple of days of remote learning have gone smoothly despite lots of schedule changes. Remember if you student is experiencing technical difficulties during the school day to call and let us know! We value open communication. Thank you for making the best of remote learning, we know it is difficult for many families!
Please remember students that are absent during in person learning (starting January 19) will not be able to access class remotely unless in quarantine or isolation due to Covid-19. If you would like your student to remain in remote learning for the rest of the school year due to health concerns please contact me at lacey.scadden@coloradoearlycolleges.org
In light of the actions at the capital this week, here are some resources for you. I am here for you if you need to talk! Keep in touch and keep Wolf Strong! I got your back Wolf Pack.

Enrollment Open for 2021-2022!
We would love your help in spreading the word about open enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year.
When we ask students how they heard about CEC, 9 times out of 10 it is because a friend, relative, or neighbor shared this with them. Our schools continue to grow and we continue to impact more and more Colorado families because of YOU! If you know a family that could benefit from our program, you can share our Facebook posts, our Informational Webinars, or the link to enroll.
Please contact Jule Zehrung with any questions or suggestions!
Next Information Session is Thursday, January 14th at 6pm
Yes, there is going to be a yearbook this year! Events may be cancelled, but we will still tell the story of this historic year through the voices of our students. It is going to be GREAT! Because of Covid, we will be ordering VERY FEW extra copies to sell at the end of the year. It is HIGHLY UNLIKLEY there will be a book available for your child if you don’t order a book by January 29th. You can place your order online at jostensyearbooks.com or with our school bookkeeper. Don’t miss out on your last chance to guarantee and personalize a 2021 yearbook for your child. If you have already purchased a book, thank you! This year’s book is one you won’t want to miss!
Remember, you can earn a $100 E-Gift Card for every student you refer to CECFC West MS! We look forward to seeing new faces next year!
Due to new state requirements, awards will ONLY be given to active students or a parent/guardian with an active student who completely fills out the Refer-A-Friend Form and submits it by October 1 of the current school year.
