What's in your bag?
This week you'll find a package of our pasture-raised green onion brats, a quart jar packed full of organic sauerkraut, 1 dozen pasture-raised eggs, some garlic bulbs, a quart of frozen green beans, a pint of Apple Butter, one loaf of spelt bread, a head of green leaf lettuce, and a sack of potatoes. Check out the "recipes" section for meal ideas!

How to make Green onion brats: Let the package thaw in the fridge. Get a frying pan, fill partially with water, so it covers part of the brat. Bring to a slight boil and add brats - cook for 15 minutes, then flip over and cook for another 15 mins. Then pop them in the oven/toaster oven(or grill!) to crisp them up, until they're plump and juicy(350 for 20 minutes or until done). Delicious as a sandwich and top with some tangy sauerkraut!

Try these delicious recipes for EGGS. Give this Cheesy Brat Casserole a shot (using 3 ingredients from your bag - green beans, brats, and potatoes).
