Common Questions

1 - What are the sizes of the condo units?

The condo units range from 507 ft.² up to 3,000 ft.². If you are interested in a unit larger than 3000 ft.², it is important that you call Nick Czapla (509) 343-9003 as soon as possible.

2 - When can I reserve a condo unit?

There will not be any Pre-sales on the condo units. The condo units will be coming to the market in early spring of 2026.

The crane was assembled and installed in just a couple days, with the help of a temporary crane used to set the main structure in place.

The crane tower is over 200 feet and is currently the largest in Rocky Mountain Crane’s Fleet.

Concrete poured walls, slabs, and columns are taking shape as the foundation work continues. This stage highlights the structural precision and teamwork that drive the success of this project.
