Christmas Dress
Monday - Thursday, December 11-14, students may wear Christmas shirts (or colors) with jeans or uniform bottoms. On Friday, December 15, they may wear Christmas pajamas. All attire must be school-appropriate. Merry Christmas, Lions!

Creative Writing Info Meeting
Mrs. Stanford will be holding a Creative Writing Interest Meeting on Monday, December 11 at 3:30pm in Room 218. If your 4th-12th grade student is interested be sure to attend! Contact Mrs. Stanford if you have any questions.

Share the Love Angel Tree
Be sure to visit the Angel Tree set up in the main hallway near the foyer and select an angel you would like to bless this year. All angel tree donations must be turned in by Wednesday, December 13. Please bring your gift unwrapped and place it in or near the donation boxes at the angel tree. Share the Love is a Crowley House of Hope outreach to our community and we are excited to partner with them!

You're Invited!
Generations Church is hosting a building-wide Christmas Family Potluck on Sunday, December 17 at 5:30pm. All NCA and Training Depot families are invited to attend and celebrate the Christmas Season together!
There will be a special guest speaker, Trey Brooks, who will be presenting 'Saint to Santa', an entertaining and historical account of Saint Nicholas to the present-day Santa. Find the RSVP and potluck sign-up here.

Secondary Semester Exams & Early Dismissal
Our fall semester exams be December 18-21. You can find the exam schedule here. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Zeiller, Academic Advisor.
December 21 is the end of the quarter and will be a half day. Elementary will dismiss at 11am and Secondary will dismiss at 11:30am.

Christmas Basketball Tournament Sponsorship
Our annual Christmas Tournament is December 28-30 and s a great time of fellowship and Christ-centered competition. Each year we ask community partners to assist us with the tournament through sponsorships. This is a great way to support the event and get your business out there to our families as proud supporters of NCA Basketball. If you feel led to support this event, please contact Coach Erhart. Sponsorship levels are below:

MS Girls Softball
All middle school girls interested in playing softball are invited to Softball Saturdays! We will have extra equipment so girls can try it out before spending money. Contact Glenn Wisdom for more info. Join us for practice from 8-10am on the following Saturdays:

High School Service Ministry Reminder
This season is a great time for high school students to earn service hours as there seem to be more opportunities for students to serve. As we approach the end of the 2nd quarter, all service hours need to be turned in from activities and events that students have participated in within 60 days. This would include any hours that students gave for the Fall Fest or other seasonal events. If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Glidden. Learn more about Service Ministry at NCA here.

Highs School Winter Retreat
Our annual high school winter retreat is February 2-4 at Riverbend Retreat Center! Each year we have a great weekend of spiritual renewal, fun, and fellowship. We are glad to have Jeremiah Bolich back with us as our guest speaker! More info coming soon.

Absentee Alert
If your student will be absent, be sure to let us know! You can report your daily absences (sickness, appointment, etc.) and upcoming absences (family visits, college visits, vacations, etc) on our website. Once upcoming absences are submitted, they will be sent to Administration for approval. Parents and teachers will be notified of approval via email. Please give as much advanced notice as possible. Report both daily and upcoming absences here.

Food 4 Life is our new Lunch Catering Program! You can find instructions for setting up your new account here. Lunch prices can be found here. This month's lunch menus can be found here.
PLEASE NOTE - Food delivery from food delivery services (Grubhub, Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) is prohibited. Parents are welcome to bring their student lunch.
Helpful Hint for accessing your lunch account - When Food4Life emails their monthly menu, you can click on it and it should take you to your account balance.
