Penobscot Bay Chamber of Commerce to Close Its Doors

We are deeply saddened to learn about the closure of Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce, an organization that has been a pillar of support for businesses and community growth in Camden and Rockland. Their contributions to the region and the state of Maine have been invaluable.

As neighbors, we understand the profound impact this will have not only on the businesses and community leaders they served but also on the spirit of collaboration and progress they fostered.

To the businesses and individuals affected, please know that the Belfast Area Chamber is here to support you in any way we can during this transition. Whether it’s connecting you with resources, offering a platform for collaboration, or simply lending a listening ear, we stand ready to help. We look forward to having more information in the near future.

The loss of the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce is a reminder of the challenges that Chambers and business organizations face in today’s world. But it also reaffirms the importance of partnerships and collective strength. Let us continue to work together to ensure that the vision of a thriving Maine business community lives on.

Our hearts go out to the staff, members, and communities of Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce. You have our deepest respect and gratitude for the incredible work you have done.
