Please Welcome Our Newest Member, The Clifford Arts & Student Center!

The Clifford Arts and Student Center (“The Cliff”) was opened as the Unity Performing Arts Center in 2000, in a renovated 18th Century barn and attached farmhouse, featuring a 200 person theater in the former barn. Until 2020, the UCPA was a hub for performing and visual arts. The space has become a hub for a vibrant rural community, and was gifted to Unity College in 2007. With Covid in 2020, the College shuttered the performing arts center and it remained that way until February 2024, when it was generously donated to the Ecology Learning Center, a place-based, alternative public charter school in Unity. The Ecology Learning Center is striving to once again make the Cliff a gathering place and community hub, presenting powerful shows and performances from local and visiting artists.
