At Fello, we want to help your new employees get started as quickly as possible. We have noticed that two things are slowing down the process:
- New hire paperwork is not always being sent to the correct email.
- Emails sometimes have paperwork for more than one applicant attached.
New Rules Starting February 1, 2026
To assist with hiring your employees, we are requiring the following:
If these steps are not followed, we will return the paperwork without processing.
We also ask (but do not require)
- For emails, use the format:
- New Hire Packet - Applicant Name - Participant Name
- Use a secure, encrypted email to send paperwork.
Why This Helps
These changes help us review your paperwork more quickly. This means your new employees can start working sooner.
