This month we are highlighting Tiera Cromwell, our Assistant Manager of Financial Reporting. Tiera joined The Arc in October 2021 and has spent most of her time since then on the Financial Reporting team. Her roles have included Financial Reporting Specialist, Senior Financial Reporting Specialist and most recently Financial Reporting Assistant Manager. Over the years she has gained an incredible amount of experience and knowledge from processing hundreds if not thousands of budgets and financial statements, managing customer service inquiries, and leading a team of Financial Reporting Processing Specialists to ensure accurate and efficient budget processing.
Tiera states that she has truly enjoyed each position and the responsibilities that came with them. “It’s incredibly rewarding to support Self-Directing Participants,” said Tiera, “and contribute to their ability to live and enjoy the lives they deserve.”
