Meadow Ridge Farm

Please join us in welcoming Meadow Ridge Farm to the Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce!

Located in nearby Winterport, Meadow Ridge Farm is a stunning destination venue set on more than 70 acres of fields, woodlands, gardens, and scenic Maine countryside. Owned and operated by Rebecca and Ryan, the property features a beautifully restored mid-1800s red gambrel barn, a modern event loft, pond-side ceremony spaces, and on-site lodging for up to 25 guests.

Known for blending rustic Maine charm with modern amenities, Meadow Ridge Farm hosts weddings, retreats, celebrations, and special events in a private setting that feels both peaceful and welcoming. Their thoughtfully designed spaces allow guests to gather, stay, and celebrate while enjoying the beauty of Maine's landscape.

What truly sets Meadow Ridge Farm apart is the hospitality. Couples and guests consistently praise the owners' attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to creating memorable experiences.

We're excited to have Meadow Ridge Farm as part of our Chamber community and look forward to supporting their continued success.

EVENTS

The Housing and Property Development Committee of Belfast presents:

A Conversation on Housing in Belfast

Join us for an informational presentation on housing in Belfast and the surrounding communities, followed by a discussion. We will be joined by the Maine Council of Governments (MCOG) who will present data on the trends and need for housing in our region. We will look at some examples of housing types and scales and how that fits into our community. Then we will have a discussion about what increased housing could look like in Belfast and how we can align new housing with the goals of the comprehensive plan. Notes from the discussion will help inform the housing committee as it continues its efforts to advocate for housing that meets the current and future housing needs of the community.

We look forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback on this important topic!

Bits of Belfast History

"Bits of Belfast History” is the topic for the Belfast Historical Society meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday June 22, in the Abbott Room at the Belfast Free Library. Sam Fuller, of Stockton Springs, collector of Maine bottles, stoneware and exonumia, will present Belfast related items from his vast collection of medicinal bottles, fraternal badges and pins, novelties, and commercial advertising collectibles. Many of his collected Belfast bits have come from local flea markets. Sam’s extensive knowledge will both educate and entertain.

The Belfast Historical Society presents talks of local historical interest on the 4th Monday of the month from April through October. All presentations are at 7:00pm in the Abbott Room at the Belfast Free Library and are open to the public. Seating is limited to 75.
