Dear Parents,

Thank you for the outpouring of support for the Caicedo family. They appreciate your prayers for Marjorie, who remains in the hospital.

While it is too soon to say what support they may need in the future we can help right away with the 3 sisters who are here by taking a collection to fund a YayLunch! account for the family. If you would

like to contribute to this effort, please use this LINK to contribute any amount. Please choose “School General Support” and type in “Yay Lunch Donation” in the memo box. Not having to worry about lunches will be a great gift to the family.

I also sincerely appreciate all the thoughtful suggestions regarding safety improvements. We have condensed the key points and are working with the Diocese Safety officer to determine the most impactful changes. Please watch for an announcement soon!

I remain convinced that the Holy Spirit is actively at work in this place, advocating for our children and causing miracles to happen every day.

ELITE ORTHODONTICS

Our friends at Elite Orthodontics would like to fit your Student-Athlete with a customized mouthguard. This process includes a customized scan of your child’s mouth in order to make the mouthguard. The total cost of the customized mouthguard is $10.00. All of the funds collected will be donated to Saint Anthony of Padua.

NOVA’S NIGHT OF SCIENCE AND THE ARTS!

NOVA’s Night of Science and the Arts is an annual K-12 community outreach event aimed at introducing children (K-12 and all interested!) to hands-on learning about a great diversity of subjects and showcasing the research and critical thinking teaching approaches of the faculty from the division of Math, Science, Technology, and Business at NOVA’s Annandale campus.
