Please Welcome Our Newest Member, Belfast Community Radio!

A hearty band of community radio volunteers has come forward to realize plans that the City of Belfast has been working hard to get started. Their local station has a broadcasting area of 5-10 miles and launched December 17, 2016 at 100.9 FM.

They broadcast from the Waterfall Arts building on High Street in Belfast. The hyper-local radio station will bring together diverse groups within Belfast as residents and visitors enjoy the mix of local talent. Streaming online from anywhere in the world too!

Please Welcome Our Newest Member, Midcoast Fascial Therapy!

Serving Maine in five locations & in-home.

Intuitive Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is a hands-on modality of bodywork that focuses on releasing tension and promoting relaxation throughout the body's fascial and nervous system.

By tuning into the body's natural rhythms and innate intelligence, it facilitates the release of restrictions and imbalances in the body.

This therapy can help alleviate a wide range of issues, from chronic pain and headaches to emotional trauma and stress-related symptoms.

Through intuitive touch and subtle fascial manipulations, Intuitive Craniosacral Fascial Therapy aims to restore harmony and balance, supporting the body's natural wisdom and healing processes.
