Please Welcome Our Newest Member, Heart of Maine United Way!

At Heart of Maine United Way, they are more than just an organization; they are the architects of meaningful and lasting change.

For over 85 years, they have been a trusted catalyst, tirelessly working with communities in Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Somerset, Waldo, and Washington counties to improve lives.

Heart of Maine United Way dreams of a community where every person, regardless of background, experiences stability. Picture a place where hunger and homelessness are relics of the past, and safety is a given. In this vision, seeking treatment and recovery services is met without barriers or stigma. Parents and caregivers effortlessly access high-quality care settings, equipped with the tools and resources to be cornerstone support for their families. Their youth are not just part of the community; they are actively engaged, empowered, and resilient. Together, they pave the way for a community where everyone plays a role in making a difference.
