Thank you for your cooperation during pickup in the lower parking lot. 

PLEASE REVIEW the reminders below, as the safety of our students is our number one priority. 

• All cars will need to park. As the cars are parked, there needs to be adherence to the kids’ safety path. PLEASE LEAVE SPACE IN FRONT OF YOUR CAR SO PEDESTRIANS HAVE ROOM TO WALK ALONG THE SAFETY PATHWAY. The safety path entails cars to back out and not pull ahead when leaving the school grounds. These pathways will be clearly marked and staff will be directing the process throughout the first week.

• Parents with students in K4-2nd grade will need to exit their car and come and pick up their children. As adults are walking to their child, they need to adhere to following the same safety path that the students are required to follow.

• 4k-2nd grade students will be dismissed from the south doors.

• 3rd-8th grade students will be dismissed from the north doors.

• Both approaches can be utilized for entrance and exit.

Mandatory Parent-Teacher Conferences for all K4-8th grade students will be held on:

Monday, November 21st from 12:00 noon -8:00pm

& Tuesday, November 22nd from 8:00am-12:00noon

Teachers will be sending home conference schedules next week.
