Please Welcome Our Newest Member, Old Belfast LLC!

Old Belfast LLC owners Alex & Kendra Brigham and general managers Earl & Bonnie Mackenzie have six buildings in Belfast and two properties currently under development. They are passionate about the City of Belfast and doing their part to upgrade and maintain properties for the long term. The character and the history is important to them, having a long term history here themselves. They also collaborate with other local businesses for these projects and renovations.

They have recently completed the Brigham Block Building at 126 Church Street in downtown Belfast (the former Em Bee Cleaners site), with new retail and office space on the first floor and two upscale apartments on the second floor. They are now turning their attention and skills to the restoration and future return of the historic Belfast Opera House at 111 Church Street.

Please Welcome Our Newest Member, The Chocolate Drop Candy Shop!

Oh how sweet it is! We're all very excited for The Chocolate Drop Candy Shop to reopen soon under new ownership! Although they'll still be working behind the scenes this Halloween, they are working hard to get prepared for the holidays.

Steve Ashey and Rebecca Trimble are very excited to be part of the community and are diving into inventory with the help of the previous ownership. In addition to candy, they'll serve ice cream, shakes, malted shakes, hand crafted sodas, and even some creative drinks like the 'Dog Drool' and 'Unicorn Yack!'

Plans are to reopen on Saturday, November 30th. Stay tuned for updates!
